The Starlet Style Necklace

Between fans of Fashion Police and just people on the street, women have been begging me about it, especially those who might not be totally familiar with my collection on QVC. The necklace is my Starlet Style Necklace from my Classics Collection on QVC.

Amanda on QVCThis is one of my absolute favorites. I’ve been wearing it on my book tour, I wore it on my trip to Italy this summer for Grandma Week, and I’ve worn it on Fashion Police… everywhere. GORGEOUS statement necklace, hand-made with beautiful glass beads. It’s 20 inches and comes with a 3-inch extender.

In the photo of me above from Fashion Police, I’m wearing the pink, which is perfect for a softer look. Our gorgeous… and tall… and thin… (but I still adore her) model Amanda from QVC is wearing the black one, which is fabulous for a more dramatic look. It’s also available in white and turquoise, and – just between us – we’re debuting it in purple later this fall. But don’t tell anyone.

Here’s a video of me presenting it on QVC…

NOTE: Because QVC’s special offers are only available for a limited time, this video may contain pricing, exclusivity claims or promotional offers that have expired.

    1. Joan River’s passing was a tragic loss of a vital and beautiful woman- inside and out. Her love for her family, her fearlessness, her passion for life, and her ability to laugh in even the worst of times is a lesson to be learned by all. She will be deeply missed-

  4. Dear Melissa,

I just heard that your dear mother has passed. I wasn’t expecting it because she had so much energy and drive, I really did think she’d pull through. I have loved her for years, since she started as a gifted young comedienne; through having her precious baby, and through the crushing death of your Dad and have always admired her gynormous strength, her great style and her brilliant humor. What a mind!!! I watch her on Fashion Police and laugh myself sick and wonder how she has such brilliance and memory at her age! (where I, on the other hand, am someone I once knew, memory wise. I have loved buying and wearing her bees and other jewelry and have always loved the wonderful relationship she had with you and Cooper. I never enjoyed a mother’s love so I loved to watch her with you or talking about you and your son. And thought how wonderful it must be to have someone like that behind you always. She was a model mother but I don’t think Joan ever would have been capable of doing anything in a small way.

She and Robin Wms were two amazing minds coupled with a gift for hilarious comedy and I’m floored that they have both passed in such a short period of time…like a double punch loss to the world.

My heart goes out to you and Cooper. Like she said on a Tavis Smiley Show, she had such a small family that it was all the more valuable and precious to each of you. She was a priceless gift to the world and she will be greatly missed in many venues by all of us but she will never be forgotten nor her hysterical and brilliant humor.

I don’t do the social media so I’m grateful to find this website where I could extend my deepest sympathy to you both. Be well, Melissa.

Sending lots of love and prayers your way. Judy

  6. Melissa I am writing from Canada. I don’t think you could find a bigger fan of your mom. I am heart broken for you and your family hearing of your mom’s passing today. There will never be another like her. Such an enormous personality and a ground breaking star. Sending love and prayers to you.

  9. Dear Melissa,

I extend my deepest condolences. I feel like I lost a dear friend. Your mother and my mother were of the same chutzpa type cloth. I lost my mother when she was 59 and I 29 in 1984. I admire your mother certainly for her sharp wit, for all the boundaries she broke and her relentless drive and energy to match. She was a woman of valor and I feel you have been blessed as you were a blessing to her. I have been thinking of you all week. I am so sad. We lost a shining star and a mensch. It will take a long time to get through this. Be well and take good care of yourself and Cooper. Bonnie
