Some of you might remember the impromptu wedding I performed for Joe Aiello and Jed Ryan at my book signing at Barnes & Noble in July. Since it was totally unplanned, Joe and Jed didn’t have a marriage license on them. They’ve since gotten one, and asked me to marry them again, this time “for real.” So we did it! On Friday, August 15th, 2014 at the Plaza Athenee hotel in New York City, Joseph Aiello officially married William (Jed) Ryan. The ceremony was attended by family and friends, with a wonderful reception following. I’m so thrilled and honored to have been a part of it! Congratulations, Joe and Jed!

At my book signing for Diary of a Mad Diva at Barnes & Noble in Union Square NYC on Monday, a nice man raised his hand during the Q&A and asked if I would consider marrying him and his partner. Being a licensed ordained minister in the State of New York, I figured there was no time like the present. “Let’s do it now!” I said… Continue reading A Surprise Gay Wedding at My Book Signing!
